Terms and Conditions Gengtoto

Welcome to gengtoto. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and gengtoto ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the gengtoto platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gengtoto platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the gengtoto platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. gengtoto does not permit underage individuals to use our platform under any circumstances.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not included on any list of individuals prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under any applicable laws or regulations.
• Not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any gengtoto company staff or affiliated companies.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at gengtoto. Owning more than one account — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and all funds forfeited.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, identification card number, mobile phone number, and banking details. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure.

Gengtoto conducts a comprehensive identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and industry compliance standards. The KYC process is required to:

• First withdrawal request or withdrawals exceeding a certain limit
• Cases where there are signs of unusual activity in the account
• Updating banking information or adding a new payment method
• Any situation requiring additional verification at gengtoto's discretion

Accepted KYC documents include the Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), a valid passport, and a bank statement or utility bill as proof of address.

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and login credentials for your gengtoto account. Gengtoto will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

Gengtoto supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX (Financial Process Exchange), bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods displayed in the Wallet section of our platform. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and the member's VIP level. The latest limit information is displayed in the Wallet section of your account. Gengtoto reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same member's name
• KYC must be successfully completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Any active bonus that has not met its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled
• Gengtoto reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 24 hours depending on the member's VIP tier and the amount requested

All bonuses and promotions offered by gengtoto are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover requirement) stated in their respective promotion terms. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the wagering requirement of each bonus before accepting it.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member under any circumstances
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise
• Gengtoto reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorized or rule-violating means
• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to the main balance and carry no additional wagering requirements unless stated otherwise

The gengtoto VIP program offers 5 membership tiers from Bronze to Diamond. VIP benefits include higher cashback, more flexible withdrawal limits, and access to a personal account manager. The full VIP program terms and benefits are available on the VIP ours.

All games on the gengtoto platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited by an independent third-party body. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including gengtoto itself.

Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within that game's interface. These limits may vary based on game type and the member's VIP level. Gengtoto reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or connection issue during an active game session, gengtoto will use the last recorded server data to determine a fair outcome. Decisions made based on these server records are final.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated systems (bots), collude with other players, or employ any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be involved in such activities will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

As a gengtoto member, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for commercial or professional purposes without written consent from gengtoto
• Do not share your account login credentials with any other party
• Do not use the platform for any illegal activities including money laundering
• Do not attempt to copy, modify, or gain unauthorized access to the source code or systems of the gengtoto platform
• Respect other users and gengtoto staff in all interactions, including through Live Chat
• Comply with all bonus and promotion terms you have accepted

You may request the closure of your gengtoto account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat. Before the account is closed, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms, including the completion of any active bonus wagering requirements.

Gengtoto reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Inability to complete the required KYC process
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Request from the relevant authorities

Gengtoto provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Gengtoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, technical disruptions, or unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

Gengtoto reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official gengtoto website.

For significant amendments, gengtoto will notify members via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
